Can I modify or cancel an order that has already been sent?

Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled. You will need to return the merchandise in order to obtain an exchange or refund.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

The taxes applied to your order are in accordance with applicable federal and provincial taxes, depending on the delivery address associated with your order. Where applicable, sales tax will also be applied to shipping, return, handling and gift wrapping charges. If an item is returned for refund, the taxes paid for the purchase of that item will be refunded. However, you will not be refunded for taxes on shipping and handling charges, as these charges are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.

 

Do I need to create an account to shop online?

It is not obligatory to create an account during your first purchase. You can place your order as a guest. However, in order to finalize your orders more quickly, check the status of your orders and access your wish list, we advise you to do so. 

 

How can I exchange an item?

For all returns of merchandise, you must first send us a copy of your original invoice as well as a message telling us the reason for the return and all information regarding the model you want to return (model name and of the company, size and color) in order to receive a return number. What are the deadlines for making an exchange from your online sales site?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or if an item you ordered is defective, you have 10 days to make an exchange of equal value on our website, to request a credit note which will be valid until online, or a refund. Items purchased on sale are final sales.

 

Which carrier is used to ship my orders?

Packages are delivered by Canada Post outside of Montreal. For Montreal, they are delivered by bike by LVM delivery.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Free for purchases of $120 and more and $12 for purchases of $119 and less.

 

What are the return costs?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

What is the delivery time for my order?

Ground Shipping with Canada Post – It takes between 1 to 7 business days from the shipping date and depending on the delivery location. 

 

Do you deliver anywhere other than Canada?

Yes, we can deliver anywhere around the world.

Can I get a refund for merchandise ordered online?

Yes, you can obtain a refund for your online purchases as soon as the merchandise is received in good condition with your previously authorized return number.
