Return policy

Refund or exchange possible within 10 days with original receipt on regular price items.

Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALES.

No exchanges on items already on sale.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or if an item you ordered is defective, you have 10 days to obtain a refund, an exchange of equal value on our website or to request a credit note.

For all returns of merchandise, you must first send us a copy of your original invoice as well as a message telling us the reason for the return and all information regarding the model you want to return (model name and of the company, size and color) in order to receive a return number. As soon as you receive your number, you have 10 working days to send the goods. Please note that returned clothing must be in its original condition, which means that it must not have been worn and/or washed and the labels must be present on the returned item.

Delivery costs for an exchange or return

Delivery costs for an exchange or return of merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. However, ananas bananas will be responsible for paying the delivery costs for the item you purchase in return.
